I have a 4 yr old mare that I am breaking and she is afraid of everything, I need help on how to get her over this. She is also very goosey on her sides and if you touch her or poke her she about has a heart attack and runs away. Please, any help I will take and be greatful for.

I have seen horses that are like that. What you should do is go around showing her all the things around her and making her touch them so that she is not scared of them and bags and other objects and take them and get her used to them and once she is used to the bag then take the bag and start rubbing it all over her body, on her legs, on her stomach, her face, her butt, tail.
