I guess I should start off telling a little about myself, i am located in Weatherford, TX married with one son. We sell horse tack out of a tack trailer, We show mules and POAs.

I love showing my mule, and love to haul her to open shows and show against horses, because many do not believe a mule can compete much less beat a horse.

Well this next year my showing will be cut way back as i want to support my son in his riding and showing as he is at an age were he wants to get get serious about showing and riding.

Well me and my son got the idea to send a video in for the extreme cowboy race, but we both figured it might be a waste of time since my mount is a mule, but we thought it could not hurt to try. We have never seen the Extreme Cowboy race on TV as we do not have cable.

We are always on the go so we do not watch much TV so we could not bring ourselves to pay for something that would hardly be used.

Well we have moved to a new place and it is smaller, only 2 acres and we have a real butt for a next door neighbor he keeps his nose in everything we do, so we have started running a privacy fence the length of our place, we still have a ways to go. but it is on a good start.

 We hope in the next couple of year to move somewhere bigger, but i suppose with the limit on property it keeps me from buying a bunch of horses or livestock I do not need.

 As i can do that sometimes. Well guess i better clean house.

Well what a day, it seems that it is finally summer here in Tx , we had been having some below average tempertures, which really made it nice. But even though we are hitting higher tempertures at least the summer is almost over.

Well I give my mule and my sons pony a couple months off during the summer, but it is time to start getting ready for the show season again. hopefully we have one as good as the beginning of the year.

Well last week we sent in a video for the Extreme Cowboy race but not sure a mule is what they are looking for, but I guess we will find out in September, Have never seen the race, so it will all be new to us if we get to go.
