I am currently useing the  Jim Warner hackamore and my horse seems to not have enuff whoa when im setting him up for my first barrel, he normaly blows by it. Would the  Stiver, Johnson Hackamore work for him and give me some more whoa and control? and how does it work ( my horse hates anything with out a ropenose band )
