Thank you so much! I really love her alot! It took me forever to get her, when I saw her on Dreamhorse, she was sold by the time I called her owner, then on my birthday, 1 year later the new owner e-mailed me and asked me if I wanted to buy her. So that was pretty cool.

Well you should probably go to the vet and look for a cream that will help. (It cost me abut 40.oo for it, plus they picked it out.)I haven't gotten rid of my horse's rain rot yet. She has sensitive skin as well but it worked on my horse.

Anyways its too cold out here to have the required Iodine soke. So i have went ahead and lifted up most of her scabs and placed the anti-fungi / bacterial lotion on the spots. The bacteria (or whatever it is) lives and protects itself under the dead skin and hair so those have to be removed. It hurst my mare when I take them off so I let her rub them off and I also spot soke them with Iodine / Betadine shampoo to make them more pliable, plain warm water is good too if thats all you can use on her.

Hope this helps. It's almost an uphill battle but it helps when they are exposed to the air it kills the bacteria off.
